The gist
A puzzle that feels like tidying a shelf in a wizard's pantry
Here's the whole game in one breath: you have a row of bottles, each holding stacked layers of coloured potion. Tap one bottle, tap another, and the top layer pours across — but only onto a matching colour or into an empty flask. Keep going until every bottle holds exactly one colour. That's it. That's the spell.
If you've played water sort games before, yes, this is that family. What makes this one worth your home screen is the mood: soft pouring sounds, a purple night-lab backdrop, a little cat in a wizard hat cheering you on, and zero clocks ticking at you. It works offline too, which makes it a genuinely good bus-and-waiting-room game.
Early levels are basically a hand massage for your brain. Around level thirty it quietly starts asking you to actually plan two or three pours ahead — and that's where it gets moreish.

Tap a bottle and it hops up, offering its top layer. Changed your mind? Tap it again and it sits back down. No penalty.

Tap a second bottle. If the top colours match — or it's empty — the potion glugs across. Same-colour layers travel together.

What we loved
- Genuinely relaxing pacing. No timers, no lives, no "come back in 4 hours". You set the tempo.
- Charming without trying too hard. The cat-wizard-and-potions dressing gives it more personality than most sort puzzles.
- Works offline. Perfect for the Luas, a flight, or anywhere your signal gives up.
- Difficulty ramps honestly. Later levels are hard because the puzzle is hard, not because the game is fishing for purchases.
What could be better
- Ads between levels. Standard for the genre, still a mood-breaker when you're in the zone. Flight mode is your friend.
- The formula is familiar. If you've burned out on water sort games, this won't reinvent the cauldron — it just brews it better.
- Early levels are very easy. The first twenty minutes are more warm bath than puzzle. Stick with it — the planning kicks in.
